I had a very inconvenient situation with the IRS lately and I truly had no where to turn to. I look around in the internet, never had to deal with the IRS before, and Silver Tax was the first group that called me back. They had decent reviews on google, but after talking with Korey I knew that they were the group to turn to. Then after everything that was already happening got even work the Covid-19 situation happened and the world shut down. With no fault of Silver Tax there was no one that we could even turn to to try and get my money back. With time not on my side and my paycheck not coming, Korey, Leslie, and even Mr. Silver were always in contact with me to let me know what they were working on. In the end every thing was favorable, but without the confidence that I had in the team at Silver Tax group I dont know how long my sanity could have last. I will refer them anyone that I know that is in the same situation as I honestly feel like I was part of the family. Hopefully I never have to go through any IRS situations again, but if I do I know where I will turn. Thank you to everyone at the tax group and I hope that you all know how much you were able to take care of me and my family. Thank you.
