I’m a high stress person so when my audit started I called Silver. It’s been a 5 years now but my case is tricky. no, they don’t hold my hand and call me every month but neither does the IRS. and I do understand when I can’t get a hold of them. they have a lot more customers than me. I do appreciate the hard work they have put in to resolve this issue. if you get a lien from the IRS well that’s going to happen and any firm who says otherwise is lying. they have been straight shooters with me. thanks again for putting up with me
